Yes, this was a last minute change that is not convincing much. I did an
implementation in which both selecting and hovering in what I think is a
logical order, but giving some preference to hovering while you are not
hiving an already selected image, in this case the selection will be the
one affected. At the last moment we switched that to only honor the
selection, but I think that we have to switch it back to my proposal.
