Hi,

We had a discussion about solo mode, where only a single module is
only active. So when you open/expand one module the others are
automatically collapsed.

Currently one can get this effect by pressing SHIFT while
opening/expanding a module.

Both git master and the darktable-1.1.x tree (but not darktable-1.2.x
-> string freeze), now have this change:

https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/commit/1f7297dd1aff66cf32a10c281cde398becb627bd

That means you can configure solo mode independently on/off by default
for lighttable/darkroom mode and darkroom's image operations.

That change also enables solo mode by default for darkroom mode's
image operations. Keep in mind when solo mode is enabled, you can
expand a module while holding SHIFT _without_ collapsing the others.

Either way, you can turn this off in the preferences dialog in the
first "gui options" tab at the bottom.

This new default isn't permanent per-se, as we still want some feedback.

I've pushed this change to both my darktable-1-1-testing and
darktable-unstable ppas, with the following corresponding package
versions:

  1:1.1.4+175~ged66952-0pmjdebruijn1
  1:1.3+292~g1f7297d-0pmjdebruijn1

They're queued up for build, which may take a few hours, so I'll
expect them to be available by tomorrow morning.

Regards,
Pascal de Bruijn
