Hi Simon,
As a Thai, I want to help on translate Thai language.
I already have git clone of darktable, and I don't think I have any problem
follow the tutorial here.
http://darktable.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=darktable/darktable;a=blob;f=TRANSLATORS;h=8b55a4f319d2a255eedd17b596f3fa4171ab58ff;hb=HEAD
What else should I know/learn?
Do I need to contact the last translator to let his/her know that I am
working on this?
Background:
I am a ruby on rails developer, living in Baltimore, Maryland. I moved from
Thailand to US 13 years ago.
Photography is my hobby, and I just start using darktable for only couple
weeks.
I had experience working with C/C++ many years, but that has been 10 years
already.
This would be a good opportunity for me to get back to C/C++ and work on
the program that I like.
Anyway, I am going to start working on Thai translation, follow the
instruction above.
Any suggestions/guides are appreciated.
Thanks,
:tom:
