What would be even nicer, from a dt point of view, might be if we could have a 
way of obviously indicating (or even better selecting) images where the lens or 
camera was not recognised so a user can do something about it.  There again I 
think at least half the problem is where the lens is mis-recognised rather than 
not recognised at all so implementing this might be a bit tricky.

This sounds like an absolutely great way of having more people extend the 
lensfun database.

Perhaps your site can even be extended in a way so that people can search to 
determine whether their camera/lens combination has already been added to 
lensfun? Perhaps even by uploading a test shot that evaluates EXIF and compares 
to lensfun?
