I has a Pentax K5-IIs which is AA filterless. I have found that there is no easy way to get rid of moire once it is there. I have adopted the strategy of making small adjustments in camera position if I feel moire may be an issue. Since moire is an interference pattern, these small adjustments in angle of view can make all the difference with it showing up. Granted, one doesn't always have the luxury of either adjusting camera postion or taking more than one shot.
