I has a Pentax K5-IIs which is AA filterless. I have found that there is 
no easy way to get rid of moire once it is there. I have adopted the 
strategy of making small adjustments in camera position if I feel moire 
may be an issue. Since moire is an interference pattern, these small 
adjustments in angle of view can make all the difference with it showing 
up. Granted, one doesn't always have the luxury of either adjusting 
camera postion or taking more than one shot.
