ORA is basically a ZIP file with all layers in PNG format, a thumbnail (as PNG) and some metadata. Since darktable only outputs single layer files I don't see any benefit whatsoever to wrap them into an ORA file. Especially since all ORA capable image editors should be perfectly able to import PNG files as new layers. Tobias
