Yes it's fix the issue as it's change the order (from ORDER BY T.id ASC
to ORDER BY MT.count like my patch created on the 9088 bug opened ;)
It seem's like oneone was looking on my patch & the work was done twice.
But i don't care about that & i would happy to have this for the next
stable release (coming soom)
