I can't register to bug tracker, so I post to this mailing list.
I have problems with Sony RAW Files (Sony a99). Please take a look at the
following files (RAW,ooc JPEG and screenshot of darktable):

In darkroom they look corrupted. Not all RAW file have this problem.
I tested in on the current git version and on 1.2.3-74.1 running on
OpenSUSE 12.3 64bit.
