you are reading it wrong :P
this means that lua is not using an EXTERNAL library, but it could still be
using the internal library (and probably is, looking at the build logs in
your mail)
please start your freshly built DT and tell me if it prints "Lua Enabled"
on stdout
(and afaict, you didn't tell me what distro you are using for my
checklist...)
