If you apply a blend operation to spot removal, the blend effects the
entire picture. What would be better is if the blend could effect just
the spot. Another option would be to treat the spots as masks so that
one could touch them up with other modules. I often want to remove
largish spots and they stand out as being slightly lighter or darker
and it would be so nice if we could touch them up with levels or a tone
curve so that they blend in fully and are invisible.
Could we do that?
