this is the pre-release announcement for darktable-1.4.1 for package
maintainers and such.
the tarball is here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/darktable/files/darktable/1.4/darktable-1.4.1.tar.xz/download
and created from tag `release-1.4.1'.
preliminary release notes are about like this:
updated translations
updated color matrices
new noise profiles
new white balance presets
new rawspeed
tiff compression
support reading greyscale tiff
focus detection preview now with separate keyboard accel (as already in the
manual)
a lot of bugfixes.
