I have been using Darktable on my Linux box for a while now and love it.
However just bought a MB Pro 15 Retina and found that I have issue with the
Photo resolution being scaled 2x. Comment from Moritz Moeller is a bit
misleading

By adjusting the display scaling to "Scaled --> More Space" he is simply
disguising the problem.
It **is** still an issue; the image is not being displayed at the specified
resolution of the screen. It's just that with that particular scaling
setting it's far less noticeable to his eyes... However a simple comparison
can be made by opening the same raw file in "Preview" app and you will see
that the photo is **noticably** sharper in Preview vs Darktable.
Unfortunately if this issue cannot be fixed, I personally can't see myself
using DT, and sadly any other users of Retina MPb's will probably never
consider it at all. One might argue that they will simply purchase
Lightroom instead... but that's another debate... I really don't wish to
purchase Lightroom because of this small bug... especially since I have
hundreds of albums imported and already edited in DT on Linux.
I'm happy to help diagnose the problem in any way.

SG
