To add weight:  I have previously reported problems using the histogram to
change light levels and noticed the problem again today.  I removed
~/.cache/darktable/mipmaps-62d87cbcad56aa2b4a21cd680776714d70e93ef6 and
utilizing the histogram to change light levels again works.
