Hi,

As discussed with boucman on irc, I've implemented a new "sticky"
preview mode in the branch sticky_preview in the main repo. Not a lot of
changes...
For now you can have a "sticky" preview mode only by exploiting a "bug"
: pressing 'd' while in preview mode and coming back to lighttable.
I propose to disable this "bug/feature" and to add 2 new shortcuts to
enter directly in sticky preview mode.

But I need some general help for some points :
- currently, I've defined 'f' and 'ctrl-f' as shortcuts for "sticky
preview" and "sticky preview with focus" I choose 'f' like the
fullscreen in other soft, but I'm not sure it's ideal...
- to exit the preview mode, i've stolen the escape shortcut (exiting
fullscreen mode can be done via pressing F11 another time like in others
apps) again, I'm not sure it's ideal...
- text to new shortcut may be review by someone with a better English
than me... I'm not even sure that "sticky" is the word to use...

Thanks for your feedback
Aldric

PS : this correct in the same time a small bug if you define 2 shortcuts
with the same modifier for "preview" and "preview with focus"
