Well, this time I'd like to release the english manual version at the same time when we release 1.6. Also in terms of string freeze (the last time we allow language related changes) this will be the same day for the manual as for the darktable sources. After that there are typically just a few weeks for translators to catch up. No problem in case most of the translation work is already done (e.g. our French translation), but almost impossible if the translation lags behind significantly. I'd suggest that you aim for a Swedish translation after 1.6 is released.
