Just to be clear on the issue: There are two icons at the bottom left side of the picture in darkroom mode: (1) three horizontal bars (= quick access to presets of your favorites) and (2) three circles (= quick access for applying any of your styles). The popup for icon (2) work just fine. It enfolds upwards if the DT window is maximized. The issue only occurs with the popup for icon (1).
