Ah, I tried upping to screen_dpi_overwrite=200.0 and the icons do scale,
looks like I just didn't go far enough.  I went up to 70 initially and the
icon size didn't seem to change.

90 or 100 seems to be the sweet spot for the icons, though the text and
other items look a tad large in relation.
