With version 1.7.0+919~g87d8b7f, I can print a low resolution image
(6Mp) on a A3+ borderless with a 156 dpi resolution print (Epson R2000).
It would be useful to select manually the print resolution to compensate
the difference between the image ratio an the paper ratio. The maximum
size of the print is limited by the biggest side of the image, it would
be nice to override this to avoid margins on the print as usualy the
image ratio doesn't match exactly the paper ratio.
A small detail : the preview in the print-module is fuzzy compared to
the preview in the darktable with identical dimensions (on the screen).
Also the image informations are missing in the left column in the print
module while present in the other views.
