I'm afraid you have to decide to either use the free radeon
driver, or use the fglrx ("ati-drivers"). You can't use both at the same
time. And opencl currently only works with fglrx (AFAIK).

The error message you see is most likely because AMD's libOpenCL is
trying to load the fglrx kernel module, which fails since the radeon is
already driving the gpu, and its wrongly assuming its because of
privileges.
