Hi !

I hadn't any feedback on my previous email about a color profiling
module for the lightroom.

The context is the following : in some portrait, products or fashion
photo shoot, you probably would like to have exact colors (especially
for skin tones), thus many of us shoot a color target in the lightning
conditions of the studio and export a custom color profile (.icc) to
apply in the whole set of pictures.

Now, you have to do this by hand, using Argyll CMS in command line on a
prepared TIFF file exported from Darktable, copy the ICC profile into
the Darktable directory, re-open Darktable, apply the profile on a
picture, and copy/paste the setting on the whole set. The process is the
same each time so easy to automatize. (In fact, I have a shell script to
do this).

My idea is to do a module to achieve this directly into the Darktable
GUI by choosing the right color target type, launching the right Argyll
command and applying the custom color profile on the whole set of
pictures, in the spirit of some proprietary softwares like Spyder4Pro
from Datacolor.

Is anyone interested in this functionality ?

Thanks !
