The bug tracker link on the darktable home page

cannot be accessed - I get "connection was reset". It's been like that
for about 2 days now.
This URL works...
https://www.darktable.org/redmine/projects/darktable/issues
... but gives me a page saying "This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?
It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. "
While I'm here, can I suggest that the bug tracker be made accessible on
the https URL, given that bug reporting requires login with a password?
