Similar issue here.
Capture shows what happens when I try to scroll in the tag box.
(Ubuntu 15.04, Gnome-Shell 3.16)

I don't have it on GNU/Debian sid so maybe related to the version Gtk+
used on ArchLinux?
Could be. What can I do to give more information on this (I'm formatting

computer :) ) ?
Is there some gtk3 application using the exact same component I could
use to
see if it has the same problem for instance ?
