Olympus does seem to reuse the same sensor exactly, and it appears to be the case here. I've made the change in master and darktable-2.0.x so it should be out in the next release. We also don't have WB presets for the E-PL6. It may turn out that they are the same as the E-PL5 but that I'm less sure about.
