Hello All,
I have a curios situation here with my local build of the current git source, Fedora 23 x86_64. If I start Darktable from the "menu" or from the command line I get a full black screen "The Darktable presents the Good Night" all in an old game style font, and then the text changes to "Push 1 or 2 players button". There doesn't seem to be a way to get out of this and into the 'proper' DT, and must be killed from the top right window button.
If I double click on an image file DT opens normally.
This behaviour has come out of the blue.
Anyone seen this and have any idea of what is going on?

Cheers,

You are not going gently into that good night <https://www.poets.org/poetsorg/poem/do-not-go-gentle-good-night>, are you?

And now the problem is:

how can I play invaders again tomorrow? Please?

Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Anyway, it's in commit
https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/commit/9e7fca3c75ebc5e3ce8b313ce85235cc38d2b34a

First chunk shows that it appears only when local time is 1st of April, whatever the year.

So, play it every April 1st, or to play it tomorrow, change system date or change and compile the source.

Cheers !
