[darktable-user] [rawspeed] No decoder found. Sorry. on VMware - Linux Mint 17.3

Hi, I get a try to run Darktable on Virtual Machine (VMware)  and system 
Linux Min 17.3
 Unfortunately  this is not working. I can run Darktable but when I try 
to edit some file I see only white screen and getting error:
" [rawspeed] No decoder found. Sorry. "

Any idea what is missing in my system ?
