Am I misunderstanding here?  You have an image zoomed in to 200% and each pixel 
is rendered as a 2x2 block.  That is exactly what it should do isn't it?

Both pics are scaled up to 200% for this screenshot.
In this case I used Bildbetrachter 3.10.2 Der GNOME-Bildbetrachter, but with 
other programs like g-thumb or shotwell it looks just as What did you mean with 
pixel-perfect?
I can upload the files, but it is a topless picture, this is allowed here?
