Not perfect, but depending how large this clip is in the main image you
could try a quick and dirty adjustment using the 'color zones' module to
adjust the red hues closer to the colour of the sweater. I included a
quick hack that I did, combining saturation, lightness, and hue tabs to
reduce the effect. With more patience you may be able to produce a
slightly better result.
