That depends. In the original specs there is only one X atom for color 
profiles, namely _ICC_PROFILE. The extra ones for more monitors are only in a 
newer and not widely adapted version of the specs. So many applications that 
are looking for the system profile are just seeing the one of the first monitor 
which happens to be the Dell. If you find a way to change the Xinerama (or 
xrandr, depends on the program that is setting your profiles) order of the 
monitors you should be fine. No idea if that is possible.
