Hi,

I can't find the flash-related exif information (was the flash
activated? which mode? ...) of a Picture from darktable. The "image
information" module doesn't show them, and couldn't find any mention of
it in the manual. I couldn't find a feature request in the bugtracker.

This information is important to me to get better at using (or not
using) a flash. For example, I do a lot of macro pictures and the use of
the flash is really important. I tend to try a lot of setups and then
compare the quality of the result, but to know which setup worked best I
need the exif info ... For now, I have to open the file in another tool
to find this information.

exiftool can find it:

$ exiftool file.NEF | grep -i flash

Did I miss anything? Shall I open an issue in the bugtracker?

Thanks,
