In practice, you can: the artifacts produced by the denoise module often 
correspond to amplification (or non-smoothing) of a pixel which could be 
eliminated by the hot pixels module, even if it comes before in the pipeline.

At least: I already got satisfactory results with hot pixels + denoise profiled.
