It just means the https certificate has not been renewed in time, and
needs to be updated by the darktable.org webmaster.
The certificate is used to encrypt the connection between you and the
darktable.org web server.
(You can bypass the error message, e.g. if you use Chrome you can click
"Advanced" and then "Proceed to darkable.org".)
