I was looking at an old article about camera profiling on darktable:

Unfortunately Darktable 2.2-rc1 does not allow me to select absolute
colorimetric in the input color profile module as mentioned. I can only
select it for the output color profile (but just if I force it to use
LittleCMS2 in the options). What changed? Also, does it make sense to talk
about rendering intents in an image which has just been interpolated and
doesn't still have any profile assigned?
