I am pretty sure that this is related to my self compiled binaries in conjunction with exvi2 0.24 which does not include the Canon 16-35 mm f/4L.
I can not easily install exiv2 0.25 with apt from testing ... too many dependencies. So I compiled exiv2 0.25 on my own. That was pretty easy. But now I have the issue that I need to tell DT during compile time to use the new header files and libs. I installed exiv2 in /home/software/exiv2 with subdirectories for lib and include. What do I need to add to the build script now? I tried export C_INCLUDE_PATH=/home/software/exiv2/include export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/software/exiv2/lib But that did not do the trick.
