To fix what exactly? The highlight clippings? If you have the RAW file it's
much easier, with jpeg do not expect miracles.

Highlight recovery, color reconstruction, tone curve, etc. should help. It
needs a lot of work though.

Using parametric masks to work only on the brightest areas is also a good
idea.

Also using the channel mixer to reconstruct the green channel, the one with
most clipping, helps a little (destination green, red and blue to 0.500
with a parametric mask on bright tones only).

And you can use colorize with drawn and parametric mask and very low
opacity to add some color to the white patches. Maybe some grain too.

I tried but the house is really messed up, you may want to switch to Gimp
and do some cloning but...
