I am happy with Benq GW2765 (not sure if the model is still available).
It is not 4k but 2560x1440 calibrates well with Agyll DisplayCAL. I am
using Spyder Pro 5
sRGB - 100% Adobe RGB 79% (current).

Well, I am not looking for $3000 monitor, so please start with
brands and minimum costs.
I'm very happy with Dell UP2716D and P2715Q, including calibration and
profiling with Argyll/DisplayCAL. P2715Q is 4K and might take some
effort to find suitable font/widget scaling (I'm using KDE).
