Hi,
I am using darktable 2.2.5 on Manjaro Linux, which worked fine until
last week.
Today I installed over 200 updates (not sure if a new DT version was
among them) and since then, DT is almost unusable. Restarting the system
did not help.
I can start DT normally and it shows the ususal UI elements. Then I have
a few seconds (less than a minute), in which I can use the program.
After this period, the user interface freezes. I still can trigger UI
events, which are processed at a later time (maybe 20 seconds later than
my click).
It does not seem to matter, what actions I am trying to do during the
first responsive phase. I tried importing different directories as well
as simply doing nothing for a minute. The effect is always the same
unresponsive UI.
When i start DT on the command line, I get some Gtk-Warnings during
startup and nothing more - I guess this has nothing to do with my problem:

The style property GtkButton:child-displacement-x is deprecated and
shouldn't be used anymore. It will be removed in a future version

be used anymore. It will be removed in a future version
Any ideas about the reason for this behaviour?
What can I do to narrow this down?
