Hi, 

just my 2 ct: in my case it is a matter of responsiveness - the Canon printer i 
mentioned is two years old and, as far as I can see, in Gutenprint it has 
experimental support only. My favourite, the Epson xp 15000, is a few months 
old, and it seems like the whole XP printer family has very little support, so 
I wouldn't count on Gutenprint support for the 15000 within the next two years.

I guess photo printing is a narrow field. I have used your software for general 
printing, though - thank you for your efforts!
