You can use "hierarchical tags" with the "|" symbol.

 I already send a request about more metadata options, like all the standard 
iptc and iptc extension fields. I think I did that a year ago.

 Now I'm trying to use DT again and notice another thing that could be 
improved. The keywords are not shown in alphabetical order and can not be 
grouped. I'm still using LR in Virtualbox for the purpose of adding metadata 
and keywords alone, and LR shows them alphabetically but also in groups. 
Aftershot Pro also has Keyword sets (not ordered). At this moment I have 
hundreds of keywords grouped. That may sound like a lot, but it is to avoid 
doubles and always using the same keywords for the same thing. I have them 
grouped like Nature, Vehicles, Buildings, Household etc., so when adding 
keywords to images I took in a kitchen I would only need to browse Household.

 

 This is the current DT (the dutch name 'labelen' should by the way be 
'trefwoorden', because 'labelen' is confusing with stars and color labels to 
label single images).
