I've noticed similar behavior when scrolling the temperature slider of the
white balance module when the haze removal module is active.

I've also occasionally noticed the odd effect that you describe when scrolling
on the rotation slider prior to the existence of the haze removal module, but
never in a way that I could give steps to reliably reproduce. That crop/rotate
module has some quirks.
