Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Image Import & Export
At the bottom of the panel, you have:
"Raw Image Importer"
"Plug-in"

and I've 2 lines:
${gimp_plug_in_dir}/plug-ins/file-raw-placeholder
${gimp_plug_in_dir]/plug-ins/file-darktable
