I doubt if your question is linked to particular sensor type. If your lens/camera are not in the database (or TCA is not available) you can try to make you own calibration profile — http://lensfun.sourceforge.ne t/calibration-tutorial/lens-tca.html >From my personal experience it is not very difficult. I did for one of my old Soviet lens.
