Yes I know, but I already imported lots of folders containing jpegs, so deleting them using the file manager (Linux Mint Nemo) will result in a lot of skulls in DT because it can't find the jpegs. So that would leave me with the same question: how to delete all those skulls easily (= how to delete all the already imported jpegs).

Hi,
please look here
https://www.darktable.org/usermanual/en/lighttable_panels.html#import
You can import raw ignoring jpegs.

If you desire to trash all jpegs keeping only raw this is a job you can perform though your file manager.
What kind of OS are you using?

Thanks,
Maurizio

I know I shouldn't have, but lots of folders currently contain raw
and jpeg versions of the same file, because that's how I set my
    camera until know.
How can I filter on all files so I can only see the jpegs? Than it
is easier to trash them all at once. Or is there another way to do
    this in DT?
