It all depends I would say. First, for sure the Retouch module is far more powerful than the clone tool. It has an healing mode that makes seamless clone a reality. But dt is not Gimp, and depending on the complexity of the image. If the phone/power lines are in a clean zone, (sky or some uniformly structured backgroud) it should be ok.
