Hi,
which DT version do you use? Z7 is very new. As a workaround you could convert to DNG.

It might be that it is not supported yet, but I also did experience it
sometimes when I copy D750 and D7100 images from a fast SD-card to the
computer. Then I just use the Nikon usb-cable to copy the images and
in all those cases the problem were solved.
