Well, this is a fine can of worms! :D This is probably the only thing that would have gotten me to start building dt from master instead of stable, since I depend on (and appreciate) it being, well... *stable*. But this really changes everything. Of course the first thing I had to try was moving the lens correction module *after* the crop+rotate module... this would normally be a really bad idea, BUT... I also noticed that the lens correction module now also allows multiple instances, so there's potential for awesome here. You can now use it to correct an image, crop it, then apply some other mapping via "distort" mode... fun stuff. This means that adding some more manual control to the lens correction module (#1990) is a better idea than ever. ;) I was also curious how this would be handled in the history stack, and it looks like moving the module is handled as any other change to it, which makes sense. I'll let some braver person test how it works with styles... Anyway, nice work, you just made tutorials all over the interwebs obsolete. :P -- jys ____________________________________________________________________________ darktable user mailing list to unsubscribe send a mail to [email protected]
