Good idea Archie,

How do I start a "go fund me" page for a camera?

I have all that I need for the next few years except for an Intrepid Field Camera 5" x 4" for those times when slow is just what the doctor ordered.

Cheers

Andrew

You'd probably be better off keeping things simple and sticking with a Leica M.
(Actually, you'd be much worse off, financially. But what the heck!) ;)

As it turns out, that lock feature was the cause of substantial distress. I had pressed the menu button while thinking what I wanted to choose.  Later on my locked settings were the reason my shots were no longer exposed correctly and I couldn't do a damn thing about it. I searched the index of the manual for "locked" and other variants. I searched trouble shooting  but found nothing, because it was not a fault it was a FEATURE. wtf. So I started reading the manual again and found the line that said a long press on Menu will lock the settings.
The camera is excellent. But all I want is a rangefinder with a leaf shutter and a good lens.
