This isn't a darktable version issue, it's due to this commit to the lensfun
database:

Previously the name matched what you're seeing in darktable, so I'll wait for
an explanation and then either revert the change or add an alias as
appropriate. For now, if you're comfortable doing so, you can create a
directory $HOME/.local/share/lensfun and copy the file mil-zeiss.xml from
wherever they're installed on Macs to that directory. You can then edit the
name in that file the opposite of way shown in that commit.
