Probably nobody has submitted them yet; they aren't really required for "camera support" and are nothing special at all, just some arbitrary RGB multipliers that a camera uses if you set it to vague WB indicators like "daylight", "cloudy", etc... they won't usually be very accurate, since lenses, filters, etc all add their own spectral shifts. In fact, my Olympus cameras actually try to be "smart" about this and use different values depending on which lens is attached... and it's still not very accurate. :-) Still, if you really want presets for these, you can easily add them yourself just by taking a picture with each setting you want, then create an appropriately named module preset based on the values from the default "camera" setting for each image.
