If the color profile is properly setup on the OS, Gwenview will use it
(at least under KDE Plasma). How to check if it is activated, it
depends on your OS. In Kubuntu you go to System Settings -> Color
Corrections

To check if DT color management is running and configured, you can run
darktable-cmtest on the command line.

If both Gwenview (through Plasma settings) and DT show the same
monitor profile, you should see the same colors/general contrast on
both programs when you activate soft-proofing on DT.

In any case, this is not the problem now because...

I can confirm, I see the same behavior on the image you posted. With
haze removal activated the exported image doesn't match what's seen on
darkroom. If haze removal is removed, both the exported and darkroom
images look the same.
