If the color profile is properly setup on the OS, Gwenview will use it (at least under KDE Plasma). How to check if it is activated, it depends on your OS. In Kubuntu you go to System Settings -> Color Corrections To check if DT color management is running and configured, you can run darktable-cmtest on the command line. > - have you checked how the picture looks like in DT when using sRGB > soft-proofing? With haze removal activated the exported image doesn't match what's seen on darkroom. If haze removal is removed, both the exported and darkroom images look the same.
