Noise profiles for A7RM4 were added in darktable 3.0.1. There are no WB presets; to be honest I didn't really notice, because most of the time I will do a spot colour balance using the whitebalance module. To add in the WB presets requires some test shots to be taken, and the whitebalance setting information extracted from the raw files; maybe if I find time I might look at doing that, but it's never been a priority for me since I don't usually worry about in-camera white balance settings too much anyway. The colour matrix for A7RM4 is just based on the standard matrix derived from the Adobe tools. For a custom colour matrix to be produced, it requires the sensor to be profiled using some correctly exposed shots of a colour target. I only have a basic passport X-rite colour checker target, which may not give that much better result than what is already provided in the standard matrix anyway.
